Ballet Intensive
August 16th through August 27th, 2010
The Ballet Intensive is the perfect way for students to continue their ballet training. During the intensive The Dance Connection joins with other teachers from NYC and the professional ballet community. Teachers work with students on technique, flexibility, muscular development and personal expression among other things. Students also attend daily educational classes that include dance history, music for dancers, yoga/stretch and variations classes. Plus, this year we offer an extended day program for working parenst. This is an experience no dance student should miss!
Level A*
9:30 am - 12:45 pm (Mon. - Fri.)
$210/week or $375/both weeks
This level is primarily for younger students who have taken 2-3 years of ballet.
Level B*
11:00 am - 3:00 pm (Mon. - Fri.)
$270/week or $475/both weeks
This level is for dancers who have had at least 3 or more years of ballet.
Level C*
9:30 am - 3:00 pm (Mon. - Fri.)
$330/week or $585/both weeks
This level is for more advanced dancers. Students in this class are ages 12 and up and have danced consistently for 4 years or more.
*Placement is required for all levels.
Extended Day
8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Need to drop you child off early or pick them up later? we can take care of your child before and after the intensive.
